President of Nigeria, Buhari departs for Germany
President of Nigeria, General Muhammadu Buhari has departed Nigeria for Germany on a three day state visit. While there, he will hold bilateral meetings
with the Angela Merkel on issues of shared interests between Nigeria and Germany, German Chancellor, including further cooperation on security, the humanitarian situation of Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs)
and rehabilitation of the North-East, as well as trade and economic relations between both countries. General Muhammadu Buhari is being accompanied by Rochas Okorocha of Imo and Governors Kashim Shettima of Borno State respectively, also representatives of the National Assembly, will meet with Federal President of Germany, Joachim Gauck.
