Ogun State Police arrest cemetery worker found with human skulls
Ogun State Police Command has arrested Oluwatosin Akorede, the cemetery worker who was found with 2 human skulls. Oluwatosin was arrested at Isale - Oko area of Sagamu, on Sunday, October 2nd around 7: 00 – 7: 30p.m.
According to the Ogun State State Police Command spokesperson, Abimbola Oyeyemi, the man named mentioned aboved was arrested by a team of policemen during a patrol led by the Divisional Police Officer of Shagamu, Moses Aduroja. The suspect, until his arrest worked in a cemetery along Aiyepe road.
He confessed that he was planning to use the skulls for money rituals. It is believed he exhumed dead bodies in some graves in the cemetery and retrieved their skulls.
The state Commissioner of Police, CP Ahmed Iliyasu, directed that the suspect be transferred to the Command Headquarters, Eleweran, Abeokuta, for further investigation.
